Board Certified Plastic Surgon:
Desired Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited medical school and must have completed training in an accredited General or Plastic Surgery residency.
- Candidate must also be board certified in specialty and meet the requirements for medical licensure to practice in the State of Clifornia.
- Candidate must have 3 to 5 years experienced physician
Essential Job Functions:
- Treatment of all methods of breast surgerys, and cosmetic surgerys. This is a unique chance to practice high quality plastic surgery and enjoy a rich, satisfying quality of life.

Registered Nurse (RN)
Desired Qualifications:
- CA RN license
- AHA CPR certification
- One year of full time experience required
Essential Job Functions:
- The Registered Nurse uses the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- The Registered Nurse also directs and guides the activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional practice and the established policies and procedures of the Department.
- Nurses are expected to be able to scrub and/or circulate surgical procedures
- Skills include but not limited to infection control, patient safety, sterile technique, sterile processing of surgical instruments, and patient positioning
- Nursing care also includes patient monitoring for local/sedation procedures, intravenous infusions, and pain management
- One year of full time experience required

Surgical Technician Plastic Surgery
Desired Qualifications:
Completion of a surgical technician program, Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
- Positive personality, warm & friendly, effective interpersonal communication skills, excellent communication of the English language, exceptional customer service skills.
- Motivating and positive attitude, ability to discern when to make decisions in a real-time environment.
- Be a team player, good analytical and problem solving skills, extremely reliable with minimal supervision, commitment to ethical conduct, detail-oriented, effective listening skills.
- Ability to prioritize, pro-active, polished and professional appearance, ability to interact with doctors, patients and office staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage in-office accredited facility
- Maintain proper patient flow in order to maximize patient satisfaction
- Prepare instruments, equipment and appropriate narcotics needed for surgical procedures
- Prepare OR for surgical procedures in a timely and effective manner
- Clean after surgery, quickly and efficiently turn over for next case, clean and sterilize instruments
- Laundry, communicate with patients pre-op and post-op instructions, maintain inventory and PAR levels
- Order surgical supplies and soft products as needed, maintain proper inventory in all exam rooms at all times, responsible for keeping exam rooms
- Organized, suture removal, assist surgeon with patient post-op visits, take proper before and after photos, applies proper dressings to patients
- Ability to promote Botox, Fillers, Obagi and other treatments and procedures to patients while in exam room
- Place follow-up calls to patients post-surgery and throughout post-operative period, performs other related duties as necessary

- General office experience required.
- Good communication and computer skills needed( Microsoft Excell is must).
- Multi task and cross training essential,
- Phone etiquette is a must.
- Surgical billing experience required.
- Prefer Biligual Spanish, Engilish Prefer
