(LVR) is a reconstructive procedure performed with specialized
lasers to tighten vaginal muscles, support tissues and reduce
relaxed vaginal linings. This alone improves the appearance
and tone of the vagina, giving the patient increased sensation
and control within that area.

Who is a candidate
for LVR?
A:Individuals experiencing the
following symptoms are candidates for LVR:
• Childbirth has caused
stretching of vaginal muscles.
• Loose vaginal muscle tone,
for whatever reason.
• Little or no sensation
during sexual intercourse.
• Accidental release of
urine that happen simply by coughing, sneezing, laughing,
etc.

How long does

A:LVR is a one-hour outpatient
procedure.

What is Designer Laser
Vaginoplasty® (DLV)?
A:Designer Laser Vaginoplasty®
(DLV®) is an aesthetic surgical enhancement of the vaginal
area, including the vulvar structures, labia minora, labia
majora, mons pubis, perineum, introitus, and hymen.
Depending on each patient's desires, the vaginal area can
be designed and sculpted to appear more youthful in tone and
aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

How
much discomfort will I experience after the procedure?
A: The first 10 to 18 hours should
be pain free due to the long acting local anesthetic we apply.
Afterwards, patients may experience mild discomfort but oral
pain relievers and cold packs can help alleviate it.

When can I begin having
sex after the procedure?
A: We recommend waiting six weeks
to ensure optimal healing.

How much does LVR and
DLV cost?
A: After your consultation, our
board certified doctor will determine the extent of your procedure(s)
and any special care that may be needed. From there, we will
provide you with an all-inclusive fee. This combines your
one-hour consultation with the doctor, surgery fees, anesthesia
and follow-up.
