General Recovery Information:
There is minimal
downtime and discomfort with the procedure, however, an oral pain
medication is still usually prescribed.

moderate to severe swelling and moderate soreness. Some patients
experience some numbness or find that eating and drinking are difficult
for a few days. Most patients can return to work in about 1 week
and resume moderate exercise in 1-2 weeks.
