A: Hypnotherapy works to correct and reprogram subconscious factors such as family training, mood/emotions, habits and exercise level.  Many individuals will find that exercise programs alone won't work for them in the long run. By implementing hypnotherapy, we can remove the old programming and re-train the patient using more successful techniques to assist with diet and lifestyle.
